If your party says that they cannot hear anything from you, tell them to check the setting described right above, (speaker icon is moving, speaker switch is on, etc.)
If your party says that they are not receiving an audio signal from you (the speaker bar is not moving), your microphone may not be properly set.
First, you must push down the <control> key. If you don't hold down the control, you are not transmitting the sound signal.
If you hold down the control key, and the microphone is correctly connected, and every setting is right, you should see the microphone bar moving while you talk.
If you don't see the microphone bar moving, something is wrong with your settings. Check if the microphone is properly connected to the computer, if the microphone is properly chosen to be used with iVisit. |
