This is how to get connected to other people with iVisit. This is a Macintosh interface. Windows interface might be slightly different.

You should see something like this when you open your iVisit. You should have your local window (your own image, whilte dog in the sample.), Address book, Chat window, and Logon window. It's a good idea to have your chat window open in case you have trouble with your sound system. When that happens, you can communicaite via chat window.
Then, type in your User name, password.
Once you are connected, go to "Address Book". If you don't have the address book window, go to Window > Address Book to display it. Make sure you choose "People." And enter Shinagawa sensei's iVisit address, which is <adagio.2391@ivisit.net> in the box where you see the plus "+" sign. After typing the address, hit the return or click on "+".
