When I type Japanese from the mailing list web interface, Japaense characters don't show up correctly. What's happening?

When you send e-mail in Japanese from the web interface of mailing list, make sure the character encoding is "unicode." If you don't do this, Japanese characters will not show correctly.

Below is an example with a web browser "SeaMonkey." Where you can find "Character Encoding" varies depending on what browser you use.

Your UH ID doesn't work with the web interface of the mailing list. You need to get a new LISTSERV password. They do this for security reasons.
