When you dont' see any image from your WebCam, first, make sure no other application (such as iVisit) is using the WebCam. WebCam can be only used with one application at a time. If something else is using the WebCam, you dont' see the image with other applications.

Even if you know no other application is using the WebCam, and when you don't see the image from your WebCam, your compter doesn't know where your webcam is. So, you need to tell where the webcam is to your computer. Watch the video carefully, and make necessary adjustments.
